Style over Substance – DB’s 100th Event

I’ve been challenged by my wife to come up with & serve a menu that’s as well presented as it tastes. I’ve had a look at some past ideas from the back of my noteboooks and here is the result – naturally, when asked to come up with something asthetically pleasing, my first thought was “roadkill”
Please note that this will be the first supper club where I will not be asking for a tip at the end – all new supper clubs are now fully inclusive – hopefully making it easier for you to budget!
Lamb with olives & feta, pate with Cumberland sauce and home cured salmon
Confit duck “roadkill”
Turbot, pea & thyme risotto, vanilla veloute
Crown of duck, boulangere potatoes, leek crumble, cassis sauce
Gingerbread cheesecake, lemon ice cream & red currants
As this will be our 100th event (in less than 3 years!) there will also be some special surprises/courses/drinks etc
